Human body consists of average 75% water. Our life depends on water without which a person cannot even survive a day. Milkshakes, juices all kinds of liquids tend to have a same purpose; to fulfill the bodily requirements of water.
Tea is considered to be one of the favorite drinks all over the world. It not only provides an amount of liquid to the body but is well known for its awakening affects. Black tea and green tea are best liked among the all and are the most known ones. Tea is taken in the breakfast as a necessity. It serves as a fuel for the daily working people without which they can’t even think of leaving their home. Black tea is stronger than the rest and it has a high percentage of caffeine. In few countries like China black tea is known as “red tea”.
Flavoinoids in tea re chemicals that are known for their antioxidant properties. Antioxidants prevent the body from many diseases like heart stroke since antioxidants prevent the accumulation of cholesterol in the arteries of heart. It is also known to reduce the risk of cancer. Tea hydrates the body too, probably not in an equal way as water does but not so less either. Drinking a lot of daily means that you are getting hydrated to each time you sip on a cup.
Having great taste making one mentally active and pumped up, black tea also has some disadvantages to. High amount caffeine reduces the absorbency of calcium in the bones by the body making them weak. Problems of bones known as arthritis is common in people who after 35 consume more then 4-5 cups of tea daily particularly in women. Drinking a cup of string tea can also cause insomnia in some people. Teeth also get stained and may become course if proper care is not taken.
